Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Parivartan Training & Development Institute, we are committed to delivering quality training programs. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making any payment.

1. Course Enrollment & Fees

  • All course fees must be paid in advance to confirm enrollment
  • Enrollment is considered final only after successful payment

2. Cancellation Policy

By Student

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email to info@parivartaninstitute.org
  • Requests will be considered only if made within the eligible refund period

By Institute

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
  • In such cases, students will be offered:
    • Full refund, OR
    • Option to enroll in another batch

3. Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

  • If cancellation is requested within 3 days of payment AND before course commencement
  • If the course is cancelled by the institute

Not Eligible for Refund

  • After the course has started
  • If more than 3 days have passed since payment
  • For partially attended sessions
  • For no-shows or missed classes

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
  • Any payment gateway charges or administrative fees may be deducted

5. Transfer Policy

  • Course fees are non-transferable to another person
  • Batch transfer may be allowed once, subject to approval
